Wine Pairing @ St. Francis Winery

Many of us have experienced some level of wine and food pairing. Even at its most basic level, it can elevate the wine and the food if the right combinations are made.

Brooke and I are members at St. Francis Winery in Sonoma, CA, and after being a member for a year, you have two complimentary wine and food pairing tickets. This is different from your average pairing. In fact, St. Francis is listed as one of the top three ‘restaurants’ in Sonoma. Wait, what? Restaurant? Yeah. It’s that good.

It’s less of a pairing and more of a five-course meal paired with some of their most exceptional wines. We had the privilege of attending one with our friends from the area in 2021. It’s truly an experience.
